Our People
Great performance requires great resources. To that end, we have assembled world-class industry experts who are also innovative thinkers and superb team players. We are intensely proud of the entire TeraLogics’ team.
Our employees are active contributors to, and consultants in, a variety of disciplines – including emerging technologies. In addition:
- 70% of our employees are cleared to at least the TS/SCI level.
- 95% of the employees are cleared to at least the Secret level.
Project teams may include systems engineers, hardware engineers, software engineers, and program/project managers. Whatever the job titles or roles, these qualities remain constant: hands-on, responsive, creative, agile, dynamic, multidisciplinary, results oriented and
client-focused.
Leadership
TeraLogics was founded in 2003 by co-founders Mark Snellings and Dave Beliveau. Mark and Dave are actively involved in the development and advancement of our efforts at TeraLogics. Each is a respected industry expert in his own right. Together, they lead a powerful team of professionals to create “ beyond the obvious” solutions.
Back To TopDave Beliveau is the Executive Director and co-founder of TeraLogics, LLC.
Since founding TeraLogics in 2004 Dave has overseen the company’s growth from a two-man part time consultancy to a profitable multi-million dollar company, realizing double-digit growth for each of the last 5 years. Prior to TeraLogics, Dave worked as an independent consultant supporting numerous customers in the intelligence and acquisition communities.
Dave has over 25 years of experience managing complex multidisciplinary programs in support of both US Government and commercial efforts. He has an extensive technical background with an emphasis on satellite communications, IP multicast and software development. His diverse background encompasses architecting, developing, integrating and demonstrating the technologies that have evolved into the Global Broadcast Service (GBS) Program, the Digital Video Broadcast- Return Channel Satellite (DVB-RCS) IP Satellite System and the Unified Video Dissemination System (UVDS) programs. All three of these systems are making critical contributions backhauling and disseminating Full Motion Video (FMV) to the ongoing efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
Mark Snellings is the Chief Scientist and co-founder of TeraLogics, LLC.
With over 28 years experience Mark has provided senior level analytical support, as well as hands on engineering expertise to a variety of data dissemination programs and initiatives for the DoD and other Government agencies. Mark is a recognized leader in the areas Full Motion Video (FMV) technologies and is an active participant in the Motion Imagery Standards Board (MISB). In addition, he currently provides direct support to the Global Broadcast Service (GBS), Digital Video Broadcast- Return Channel via Satellite (DVB-RCS) program and the Unified Video Dissemination System (UVDS), integrating and normalizing National and Tactical Unmanned Ariel Vehicle (UAV) video feed for future dissemination.
Prior to founding TeraLogics, Mark founded Stellar Communications, LLC in 1998. Before starting Stellar, Mark spent time with Welkin Associates, and TRW where he helped develop, integrate and demonstrate the technologies that have evolved into the Global Broadcast Service (GBS) and Digital Video Broadcast- Return Channel via Satellite (DVB-RCS) IP Satellite programs.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
