Our People
Great performance requires great resources. To that end, we have assembled world-class industry experts who are also innovative thinkers and superb team players. We are intensely proud of the entire TeraLogics’ team.
Our employees are active contributors to, and consultants in, a variety of disciplines – including emerging technologies. In addition:
- 40% of our employees are systems engineers with TS/SCI clearance.
- 95% of the employees are cleared to at least the Secret level.
Project teams may include systems engineers, hardware engineers, software engineers, and program/project managers. Whatever the job titles or roles, these qualities remain constant: hands-on, responsive, creative, agile, dynamic, multidisciplinary, results-oriented – and
client-focused.
Leadership
TeraLogics was founded in 2003 by co-founders Mark Snellings and Dave Beliveau. Mark and Dave are actively involved in the development and advancement of our efforts at TeraLogics. Each is a respected industry expert in his own right. Together, they lead a powerful team of professionals to create “beyond the obvious” solutions.

Mark Snellings leads TeraLogics, based on over 23 years of industry-leading experience in a wide variety of networking and communications disciplines. His areas of focus include emerging Full Motion Video (FMV) technologies; development and evaluation of communications architectures; communications systems conception and design; automated message processing systems development, technology evaluation and integration; and systems prototyping.
Clients and peers rely on Mark’s detailed understanding of technologies and current requirements. He has served as an original member of many national and international programs, helping to advance vital missions and goals. Frequent titles include subject matter expert, technical lead, lead evaluation engineer, chief systems engineer, senior systems engineer, senior software systems engineer, systems engineering lead, and work package manager.
Mark is expert in nearly all Global Broadcast Service-related technologies. He is a recognized expert in video integration, particularly with respect to Unmanned Aerial Systems (UASs). Mark is known for providing “shoulder to shoulder” support to clients, partners and teammates in the solution of difficult and technical issues. Mark often serves as strategic advisor and key technical member in program demonstrations, exercises and operational support. He has traveled extensively to advance clients’ missions and to support operation and relief efforts, including Bosnia and New Orleans (Hurricane Katrina relief operations).
Back To TopDave Beliveau, Co-Founder, TeraLogics, LLC
For more than 20 years, Dave Beliveau has worked in leadership roles to support and advance programs of national and international importance. In 2000, Dave founded Reliable Networking, Inc. In 2003, he co-founded TeraLogics, LLC.
He has served in virtually all aspects of many of the government and military programs within his core disciplines. Frequent titles include lead architect, principal systems architect, designer, technical advisor, key development team member, source integration (SI) lead, and source selection team member. Dave leads TeraLogics, LLC with this same dedication and expertise.
Dave possesses expert-level, hands-on technical background in satellite engineering, software development, information assurance and systems integration. His diverse background encompasses a broad range of communications systems and platforms, including – but not limited to – Internet Protocol (IP) satellite systems, high frequency (HF), ultra high frequency (UHF), wireless and fiber-optic communications.
Clients rely on Dave as a strategic partner and an effective, results-oriented advocate for their programs. He possesses a unique ability to advance client’s goals and achieve outstanding results, based on informed enthusiasm and deep expertise. He brings that same energy, creativity, commitment to excellence, and commitment to his team into the TeraLogics’ workplace.
In recognition of his professional achievements, Dave has been awarded the Director of Central Intelligence – National Intelligence Meritorious Service Unit Citation. He is one of 11 recipients of the Joint Chiefs of Staff – GBS Stakeholders Coin. He received personal commendation for direct support to President Clinton on the D-Day 50th Anniversary celebration aboard the USS George Washington.
