Quality Assurance Program
- Documented QA procedures will be in place for all projects and programs;
- All QA activities on the Seaport-e contract will be overseen by TeraLogics' Seaport-e PM; and
- Structured client feedback procedures will be customized to ensure our government client's expectations of quality performance are met or exceeded. Our staff and team will conduct self evaluations and report on quality during each quarterly program review.
TeraLogics' Quality Assurance Program is based on our corporate best practices and tailored to ensure that all deliverables will conform to format and content standards and will reflect a technical level of excellence that meets or exceeds our client's expectations. TeraLogics ensures a customer focused process to manage, continually improve and apply a factual approach to decision-making and mutually beneficial subcontractor relationships. Processes to be used as controls for our Seaport e quality assurance efforts will follow our corporate core set which includes defining QA requirements to include QA plans and procedures, the data required for collection and the reporting structure for any Reports and Deliverables required by Seaport-e.
